Homes with Heart^® USA is a unique business concept with a vision and mission inspired by God.  I am happy to provide my testimony regarding the origin of Homes with Heart^® USA, upon request.  In the interim, let me start by explaining what Homes with Heart^® USA is all about.

Homes with Heart^® USA is a real estate, charitable-giving ministry that provides PREMIERE, FULL SERVICE real estate brokerage services to home BUYERS   AND SELLERS, and then donates a percentage of the sales commissions to the      IRS-recognized 501(c)3 charity of the client's choice, in their name. The donation percentages are not insignificant; they range from 10 to 35% of the sales commission, depending upon the selling price of the home.

You may be asking yourself, "Is this some kind of hoax, scam or marketing gimmick?" or "This can't be for real; why would they do this?"  The answer, my friends, is simple.  Homes with Heart^® USA is committed to being a "light" to the world by making a positive difference in the lives of others!  Much more information about us, our values, and our mission can be found in the Mission Statement page of our website.

The Homes with Heart^® USA approach to real estate is relatively simple, however, our heartfelt belief is that the impact can be profound.  In general terms, it works like this:

* For Buyer and Seller clients that work with us, a portion of the real estate commission proceeds from each sale is donated to the IRS-recognized 501(c)3 charity of the client's choice, in their name,

* Donation amounts appear on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement at the time of closing,

* Once the transaction is closed, the closing attorney prepares a check to disperse the appropriate amount of funds from their escrow account to the charity,

* The donation check, payable to the charity, and made on behalf of the client, is mailed or personally delivered to the charitable organization.
