I always strive to do everything in my life, big task or small, business or pleasure, to the very best of my ability, all for the glory of God. You can rest assured that, as your Realtor®, I will always do my very best to ensure your complete satisfaction. I work diligently, professionally, and tirelessly representing my client’s interests in order to help them realize their real estate goals and dreams.
The vast majority of my career has been spent in roles either related to providing superior, professional customer service to valued clients or to helping others that are less fortunate. These experiences prepared me well for the latest blessing and opportunity that God has provided in my life, the unique business concept of Homes with Heart®. Now that you know about my commitment and motivations, let me tell you more about my education, professional certifications and family. I am a Realtor®, licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, and have earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), HSE (Home Staging Expert), and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) designations. The SFR designation is the only distressed property certification for real estate professionals recognized and endorsed bt the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am also a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in North Carolina and Florida. I keep my CPA license active and continuing education up-to-date, however, I am not actively engaged in public practice. Real estate is my full-time profession. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Palm Beach Atlantic College (now University), a Christian University in West Palm Beach, Florida. I am a father of five wonderful children.
In summary, I am a well-educated, highly-trained real estate professional with high ethical and moral standards, committed to serving God and my clients to the best of my ability.
