Hello Mr. Gibson!!

What a wonderful surprise to hear from you. We are well and totally LOVE our home. We attended the first HOA meeting last night and were all excited. 🙂

It was a pleasure working with you and your entire team. Considering the situation we were working with, having our purchase change hands in the middle of the process, we had nothing less than a great experience. You really live and work according to the standard you set for yourself. “treating people the way you want to be treated and remembered”. You were available whenever we had questions and were committed to working with us and seeing us through to the end of the deal. The most memorable aspect of the entire process of working with you was the closing. We heard so many horror stories of closing, you made sure we were very prepared and our closing was a breeze. No fireworks, no surprises, just…simple.

For us being new home owners, our first experience has set the bar pretty high so…who knows. We very well could be working together on our next purchase. It was nothing less than a wonderful blessing to have met you, you were priceless throughout a very stressful process. We are privileged to have worked with you.
